....Say, I haven't played TBC yet, and I haven't even played Wow yet XD, and so the pairing that I adore in my mind haven't been influenced by the online games yet, and thus I still like this pairing XD.

Anyway, you can go ahead to draw angsty betrayal themed pics, and I understand how TBC have changed your view on this pairing...and yeah, Blizzard can be a bitch sometimes ......sort of sad, isn't it?

And I just want to sincerely say that been liking this pairing with canon supports is not really a big deal for me. Instead, what I like them as a pairing is actually quite intuitive.....it's like I like it because my heart says so.

What matters for me to like this pairing, along with time-tested favorite pairings, is to be interested in the root of their canon characteristics and relationships, accepting the canon facts that I adore, rejecting the canon facts that I feel offended(Note that they are fictionnal characters, and I want to have personally have fun to depict them in any possible way, in respect to the root of the their canon characteristics, instead of seriously picking up every canon facts about their relationships, as if I am studying real history, which is a different matter.), and to add more flavors into their relationships. ^ - ^

Hope that you will be able to draw what your heart desires for, instead of against it.

I don't think Blizz are bitches actually... They just develop the storyline in a quite logical way in this aspect - Kael is a bloodelf so addicted and power hungry it's possible.
It's visible in the W3 campaign where he so easily allies the Naga he fought and called monsters - it took only a promise of magic and power for him to change his mind about them. And as for the legion, if you'd read Rise of the Horde you'd know they had some very interesting ways of convincing people, so Kael being convinced by them was only a matter of time (and no, I don't mean blackmail or torture, Kil'Jaeden IS called the "Deceiver" for a reason).
Kael might be partly blameless for his action even. I mean, if he was decieved that gives even more place for angsty romance fics. I like Illy/Kael still, I just like the oh so many possibilities Blizz gave us now with this twist in the storyline.
And BE are powerhungry stuck-up asses >.<' I think they're even worse than Forsaken >.<''' but I still play BE! XD Cus they is so kool XD

Thanks for your wonderful writings regarding to Blizzard storyline issues. Now I feel like there are even more spaces and possibilities to make beautiful arts, particularly my favorite WC pairings. XD

And as for the power-hungry BE, I would love to have a BE character, because I also like this kind of elves....they are just so beautiful and corrupted. XD
